Job Description


Position Overview:


We are seeking a dynamic Administrative and Finance Intern to support our team. The intern will assist with administrative tasks and financial duties.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Aid in administrative functions such as filing, data entry, and document management to ensure efficient operations.

  • Support the finance department by assisting with accounts payable and receivable tasks.

  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports, spreadsheets, and presentations.

  • Collaborate on budgeting and forecasting activities to ensure financial accuracy.

  • Assist with invoice processing and reconciliation to maintain financial integrity.

  • Help maintain accurate financial records and documentation in accordance with industry standards.

  • Conduct financial analysis and research under the guidance of the finance team.

  • Work with team members to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency.

  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors to support company goals.


Qualifications:



  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

  • Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Basic understanding of accounting principles preferred.

  • Prior internship or work experience in administration or finance is advantageous.

  • Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and contribute to team success.
