Job Description
Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Administrative and Finance Intern to support our team. The intern will assist with administrative tasks and financial duties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Aid in administrative functions such as filing, data entry, and document management to ensure efficient operations.
- Support the finance department by assisting with accounts payable and receivable tasks.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports, spreadsheets, and presentations.
- Collaborate on budgeting and forecasting activities to ensure financial accuracy.
- Assist with invoice processing and reconciliation to maintain financial integrity.
- Help maintain accurate financial records and documentation in accordance with industry standards.
- Conduct financial analysis and research under the guidance of the finance team.
- Work with team members to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency.
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors to support company goals.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles preferred.
- Prior internship or work experience in administration or finance is advantageous.
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and contribute to team success.
