Our Client, in the real estate/property management industry, based in Nairobi and Mombasa, is seeking to recruit a capable Administrator.



  • Minimum Qualification: Bachelor

Job Description



Our Client, in the real estate/property management industry, based in Nairobi and Mombasa, is seeking to recruit a capable Administrator. 


Reporting to the Directors, the Administrator will be responsible for handling all operational and admin aspects of the Company. 


Key Responsibilities:



  • Coordinate office activities and operations to ensure efficiency and compliance to company policies.

  • Ensure timely follow up on all matters assigned by the Directors.

  • Supervise workers and divide responsibilities to ensure performance.

  • Handle all complaints received from the Supervisors and Caretakers accordingly.

  • Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the Directors.

  • Manage Reception Area and look after visitors.

  • Draft and format relevant documents and proposals as requested.

  • Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures.

  • Keep current records and databases with personnel, financial and other data.

  • Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary.

  • Handle minor financial transactions for the office, in support of the Accountant, such as collecting rental payments and deposits, issuing receipts and purchasing needed supplies.

  • Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.) accordingly.  

  • Any other Administration duty as assigned by the Directors.


Qualifications and Skills:



  • Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management or any other related degree

  • 6 years’ experience in the real estate industry will be preferred

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Packages

  • Confident and mature


Those earning over Kshs. 50,000.00 per month need not apply. This position is looking for someone who will prove her/himself so as to earn a competitive pay thereafter.
