Ensure high standard of cleanliness, hygiene and safety inside the work place is observed throughout food preparation and storage areas

Job Description
Responsibilities
- Ensure high quality food is produced as per customer requirement, expectation and presentation
- Make daily orders for purchase and compile daily stock sheet reports
- Check quantity and quality of stock received and notify HOD of any deficiencies
- Ensure high standard of cleanliness, hygiene and safety inside the work place is observed throughout food preparation and storage areas
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to work under pressure and with minimum supervision
Qualification
- Diploma in food production, hospitality and service management
- Have other courses related to the above field
- Must have good communication skills
- Minimum 2 years experience
