Human Resource Manager – Healthcare
Our client in the Healthcare industry is currently looking to hire a HR Manager.
Responsibilities
- Design recruitment procedures and meet time-to-fill targets. Recruiting both senior and operational capacity roles
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
- Develop and implement solid onboarding & off boarding processes and use HR tools to strengthen employee management
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Enhancing staff performance and supporting employee development
- Maintaining staff relations and updating policies and practices
- Overseeing wellness and health initiatives
Qualifications/Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field
- Higher Diploma in Human Resources Management.
- Preferably a strong professional with background in Healthcare industry.
- At least 3+ years’ solid generalist experience in a busy Human Resources Department.
- CHRP Certification is an added advantage.
- Good knowledge of labor laws.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Member of IHRM.
