Job Description
Operations Manager Job, Latest Kenya Legal Vacancies 2021,
Our client a leading firm in the legal Industry is currently looking to hire an Operations Manager.
Responsibilities
- Define and drive strategic and operational initiatives with on-time and on-budget results.
- Develop and enforce processes and policies to manage outside counsel usage and spend.
- Assist with budget matters and optimizing workflows within the firm.
- Create Legal billing guidelines and manage billing matters.
- Provide technical and training support for new staff.
- Develop and implement internal process guidelines, templates and workflows.
- Supervise spend management and handle budget and resource allocation accordingly.
- Set specific quarterly and annual goals and initiatives for the legal team.
- Work closely with lawyers in the law firm.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Law or any other related field.
- At least 3-5years of experience working in a Law firm.
- Good problem solving and decision making skills.
- Excellent communication and language skills.
- Diligent and with attention to detail.
- Organized and self-motivated.
- Can work well with minimal supervision.
