Role Profile: Management Consultant

We are in a growth phase and are seeking to bring on board two (2) Management Consultants reporting to the lead consultant. Management consultants are responsible for helping organizations solve issues, create value, maximize growth and improve business performance.

The opportunity is open to highly driven, result oriented, creative and open minded individuals with a good appreciation of business and at least three years’ work experience.

Job Specification

• Actively undertake contextual research that drives new insights for us and our clients;


• Prepare concise client reports delivered to client specifications and within the set timelines;


• Support business development from lead generation to proposal development and closure;


• Methodically implement Altima’s project management and quality assurance process;


• Effectively undertake presentations, focus groups and workshops; and


• Seamlessly coordinate associate consultants on projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in a business related field


• At least three (3) years’ work experience in finance, investments or business analysis


• Demonstrate strong interpersonal and project management skills


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills


• Impeccable analytical and organizational skills


• Additional qualifications like an MBA or certifications a plus
