Job Description
- We are hiring an Area Manager to help drive William Grant & Sons’ next phase of growth in this dynamic, fast-growing region for premium and luxury spirits. Based in Nairobi, Kenya the role will manage our relationships and performance with long-established distributor partners in the attractive markets East Africa.

Main Responsibilities
- Responsible for the sustainable growth of the William Grant & Sons portfolio across assigned markets (Tanzania, Zambia, Rwanda, Uganda, La Reunion, Mauritius and Seychelles), including delivery of the annual P&L targets.
- Implements best practice distributor management tools to embed a strong culture of planning and execution of performance and activation of brand priorities.
- Uses Route to Consumer approach to identify and unlock next generation growth opportunities for the portfolio.
- Leverages full cross-functional resources within William Grant & Sons to build long-term win/win relationship with distributors.
