To develop and implement digital marketing and brand strategies for all brands at Bliss Healthcare. Evaluate customer research, market conditions, and competitor data and meet all organizational targets.

Job Description
Reporting Supervisor: Marketing Manager
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DELIVERABLES
- Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, website, marketing database, email, social media and display digital advertising campaigns.
- Design, build and maintain our social media presence.
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
- Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Qualifications
- Degree in Marketing or a related field
Experience
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Digital marketing or advertising position
Technical/Behavioural Skills
- Proficiency in ICT with strong Ms Office and internet ability
- Experience with design software
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytic skills – attention to details
- Alert to new opportunities both external and internal
- Team player
- Creativity and innovation
- Ability for independence, robust and resilience
- Ability to work under pressure
Language Skills
- English
- Swahili
