Duties and responsibilities:-

The officer will be involved in: hydrogeological, geophysical, geotechnical, borehole drilling and ground water development programmes under close supervision of an experienced officer.

In addition, the officer will be required to carry out detailed hydrogeological, geophysical, hydro-geochemical, geotechnical and borehole drilling projects.

Qualifications

For appointment to this grade an officer must have:-

A bachelor’s Degree in any of the following disciplines: Geology, Engineering Geology, Geophysics, Geochemistry, Earth sciences or its equivalent from a recognized institute.
