Our Client is a leading automobile manufacturer.

They seek to fill the following:

Designation: Service Manager

Qualification: B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical Engg. and Automobile Engg.

Experience: 10 To 12 Years Min Experience In Automobile – After Sales Industry ( Bike industry more preferred)

Job Base Location: Rift and Western Region

Job Description in Brief:

• Responsible for After-Sales in charge of Rift and Western Region


• Handling after-sale service – 50 Plus 3S Dealership Outlets and 20 Plus Authorized Service centers, 300 Plus local garages


• Attending product Critical complaints ( where more experience on technical complaints handling required)


• Escalate Critical Product Complaints to the abroad office


• Execution and Management of all Company Service Digital Portal – FCR and Online Job Cards, Digital Free Service coupons


• Conduct Service Activities -Mini Free Service Camps and Mega Service Camps


• Good in Dealer handling and Customer handling skills


• Deep technical knowledge on Automobile Engines, Automobile Transmission and Automobile Electrical.


• Conduct Technical training programs for Distributor Technical engineers, Dealer Service technicians ( different levels – Basic, Advance level and Diagnostic level)


• Knowledge on Channel Dealer development – After Sales elements


• Lead and Drive Dealership Workshop Upgradation Projects


• Warranty Management and claim settlement for the Region


• Drive Spare business of Authorized Service Centre and local garage mechanic


• Drive Co-branded Oil sale for the Region


• Drive all After Sales audit of 3S (Dealerships) and 2S (Authorized Service Centers) Dealership Outlets


• Handling Regional team of 3 to 4 Team members ( Direct reporting)
