Job Title: Sales Representative – Automotive Accessories

Industry: Automotive

Location: Nairobi

Gross Salary: 18k -22k

Our client is a leading brand in the car accessories business.

They are a one stop solution provider to motorists in terms of car service parts and accessories.

They seek to hire an experienced Sales Representative who will be tasked with growing and supporting the company’s market share.

Key Responsibilities

• Take charge of the sales process, from prospecting to closing, preparation of proposals, negotiations and after sale services.


• Using your knowledge of our products and services to sell or provide in-depth information about available parts and service options to customers.


• Preparing and presenting weekly and monthly Sales reports.


• Maintaining positive customer relationships to ensure repeat business.


• Organizing sales visits to new and existing customers.


• Ensuring all details on services rendered and costs are related to customers and processing their payments.


• Liaising with service technicians about customer’s inquiries and ensuring parts are available when needed.


• Experience in sales of motor vehicle accessories.


• A strong understanding of automotive technology and the automotive industry.


• Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma Sales and marketing.


• 1-3 years’ experience in selling motor vehicle accessories.


• Ability to communicate well with customers and colleagues across different departments, both face-to-face and via email


• Ability to work autonomously.


• An enthusiastic, dynamic and team orientated personality.


• Willingness to learn and develop, and keep up-to-date with complex/ technical/product information.


• Ability to work under pressure

NB: Must have experience in sales of motor vehicle accessories.
