Job Summary
Offer Support in Logistics from Distribution Centre to the Retail network
- Minimum Qualification: Diploma
- Experience Level: Entry level
- Experience Length: 4 years
Job Description
1. Job title: Driver
2. Reports to: Logistics Manager
3. Location: Distribution Center and in the field.
4. Purpose: To ferry products, documents and other items between the Distribution Center and shops while keeping the fleet of BBOXX vehicles in good shape.
5. Responsibilities
Primary
· Deliver products from the Distribution Center to shops based on presented schedule, on time and in good condition
· Confirm issued products before loading trucks.
· Supervise loading and offloading of trucks before a logistics route and after the logistics route
· Ensure BBOXX-owned vehicles are kept in good repair
· Deliver miscellaneous items to shops and back to Distribution Center as and when requested
· Drive company staff when requested.
6. Person Specification
- Proven experience as a driver
- Ability to multi-task, willingness to learn and a positive attitude
- Should have a valid driving license
- Free of any criminal record
- Flexib in terms of working hours
- Experience in handling deliveries
