Beverage Industry Sales Executive Job in Mwingi, Kenya 2019 

Career Management Center is seeking to recruit for our client who is in the Beverage industry; seeking to hire a Sales Executive who will take charge and drive sales in Mwingi in Kitui County.

Overall Job Purpose: The sales executive will sell products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions. Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Undertake direct marketing activities within the assigned region/territory


• Prepare business development and sales action plans


• Source and convert clients


• Schedule sales, promotions and marketing activities


• Develop and maintain a customer database


• Develop and maintain sales and promotional materials


• Make sales calls to new and existing clients


• Develop and make presentations of company products and services to current and potential clients


• Push sales in assigned outlets and ensure the set targets are met.


• Be a brand ambassador and build customer loyalty towards the company’s products.


• Ensure stores constantly have the optimum amount of stock and replenish stock to avoid stock in stock out situation.


• Trigger sales order and ensure each store orders and replenishes stock at store level


• Ensure maximum product distribution & high branding visibility for the company

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Sales and Marketing.


• 2 – 3 years of relevant working experience as a merchandiser/sales rep/sales promoter


• Experience in FMCG Merchandising.


• Proven track record of good performance in sales demonstrated by achieved targets


• A Relationship builder.
