Job Summary
Implement the Corporate Sales strategy within the assigned markets in line with the overall business strategy
- Minimum Qualification: Bachelor
- Experience Level: Mid level
- Experience Length: 5 years
Job Description
1) Fix sales targets for the potential clients monthly for each product group and review with the line managers
2) Ensure achievement of Corporate Sales Targets in line with overall organisation’s sales targets
3) Ensure top class customer relationship and highest customer satisfaction with regular visits to the customers and motivating them to achieve the targets
4) Complete control on market intelligence and report for quick decision making on new products, markets and customers
5) Organise and participate in trade exhibitions & events for brand promotion and increase the base of clientele
6) Ensure payment cycles are met organisation’s targets
7) Conduct product knowledge trainings to clients to enhance sales
8) Timely reporting as per the guidelines provided
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management & Sales and Marketing or Graduate with Advanced Diploma in sales and marketing or a professional certification in sales and marketing. Membership in a professional body preferable.
Experience:
Minimum 5 years experience in Plastic packaging/manufacturing/FMCG and must be aggressive in sales to achieve the assigned Corporate Sales targets. Experience in Corporate Sales is essential.
