POST PROFILE



Answering/Receive phone calls, responding to customer questions and complaints in a quick and fast manner ensuring customer satisfaction; in addition educate customers on both the existing products and new products.



 



 



DEPARTMENT : Operations



REPORTING TO: Supervisors



WORKING CONDITION: Excellent



HEALTH HAZARDS: None



SALARY RANGE: Ksh 15,000



ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES




  1. Perform various duties on assigned accounts such as recording, verification and validation of customer’s details as received from Clients.

  2. Advise customer and inform customers on product knowledge and services offered.

  3. Maintaining solid customer relationships by handling questions and concerns with speed and professionalism

  4. Resolving customer complaints, managing database records, drafting status reports on customer service issues

  5. Escalade matters arising to the relevant departmental heads and any other reports required.

  6. Record and update customers data and information collected.

  7. Keep, maintain and preserve customers details and information private and confidential.



JOB SPECIFICATIONS



Education Qualification: Diploma/Degree



Skills Requirements : Good communication, Negotiation, and Interpersonal skills.



Emotional Characteristics : High emotional intelligence
