Our client a leading Commercial catering equipment suppliers within East Africa is seeking to recruit an aggressive Sales Executive to join their dedicated team.
Job duties and responsibilities
- Maintain an updated database of all customers in the system.
- Meet and exceed sales goals.
- Prepare sales presentations, quotations and proposals.
- Direct marketing, telemarketing and social media marketing.
- Market research (product performance, competition, customer preferences).
- They are the customers’ ambassadors.
- Prepare sales action plan and strategy.
- Cross selling and up selling to existing clients.
- Data mining from existing and dormant clients.
- Maintain professional relationship with clients.
- Escalate and resolve customer complaints.
- Ensure high level of customer satisfaction.
- Provide all required information for all new and existing customers for capturing in the system.
- Obtain signed/stamped sales quotations, proforma invoices and sales orders.
Qualifications and requirements
- At least 1-2 years’ experience in Sales Executive
- Have a Diploma/Bachelors in a business related course
- Be computer literate.
- Ba aggressive and a good sales attitude.
