A company in the Hospitality industry is seeking to recruit a qualified Chef/Cook.
- Minimum Qualification: Diploma
- Experience Level: Mid level
- Experience Length: 2 years
Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities
• Prepare ingredients to use in cooking
• Monitor stock and place orders when there are shortages.
• Keep a sanitized and orderly environment in the kitchen.
• Cooking order according to food health and safety standards.
• Recommending ideas for specials or seasonal dishes.
• Handling multiple food orders at one time.
• Dressing in order for presentation.
Qualification
• Diploma in food production
• Minimum 2 years’ experience
• Conversant with Chinese cuisine will be an added advantage
