Job Description
We are hiring an aggressive Sales Representative to work for notable cleaning company.
The ideal candidate must have prior sales experience in the Cleaning Industry.
Location: Nairobi , Kenya
Mandatory Experience
- Experience in the cleaning industry is mandatory
Duties and Responsibilities
- Scout for new business through cold calling and conducting field work.
- Provide the customer with the details of the services such as pricing, delivery times etc.
- Handling customer enquiries and complaints and escalating them to parties responsible when the need arises.
- Keep management informed by submitting activity and appropriate reports.
- Maintain professional relationship with each customer
- Attend sales meetings, take orders, test products and negotiate prices
- Be keen on set targets and work towards achieving the same.
- Debt collection.
- Keeping customer records of enquiries and sales
- Service existing accounts.
- Gather current market place information on product and pricing and report to management.
