Job Description
Career Management Centre limited is seeking a passionate, high energy and self-driven Territory Sales Representatives (Concrete products for Construction) for one of our clients in the Construction Industry.
3 positions per territory
Location:
- Thika – Garrisa road Territory,
- Muranga- Keno -Sagana – Makuyu Territory,
- Ruiru – Juja – Ndarugu Territory
Remuneration: Ksh.30K plus commission
Job Purpose: Developing and implementing sales plans and initiatives to ensure you meet set targets in assigned region.
Main duties and responsibilities
- Promote and sell a mix of concrete products including Ready Mix concrete, cabro paving blocks etc to contractors with constructions going on in the assigned region to existing
- Develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Resolve customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
- Maintain records of all sales leads and/or customer accounts and analyse the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports
Requirements:
- Certificate, diploma or degree in Construction related field.
- At least one (1) year working experience the Construction Industry
- Good contacts with Architects, Designers, engineers and other construction personnel
- Self-starter with ability to plan and manage yourself
- Must have means of transport – motor vehicle/motorbike
Terms of payment: Retainer of 30K + Generous commissions.
