Job Summary


One of our departments;Transread is launching literature business in Kenya and seeks qualified personnel with Literature and/or Education background.



  • Minimum Qualification: Bachelor

  • Experience Level: Mid level

  • Experience Length: 3 years










Job Description



The incumbent will be charged with among others:



  1. Select and recommend novels to users according to their interests.

  2. Analyze the operational data and optimize the effect constantly.

  3. Associate with writers to fine tune the novel contents.   




Qualifications:



  1. Experience in publishing industry or literature fields preferred. A novel writer preferred.

  2. Major in English Literature or History preferred. 

  3. Enthusiastic about literature works, love reading novels and books.    

  4. 3 - 8 years' experience in a similar position or industry.
