The Financial Reporting Centre invites applications from suitable individuals to fill the following positions.
REF: CS2/09/2020 – CUSTOMER CARE ASSISTANT FRC GRADE 9 TWO (2) POSTS
The Customer Care Assistant reports to the Corporate Communications Officer.
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Attending to visitors/clients;
- Registering and issuing Visitor passes ;
- Ushering VIP Visitors;
- Handling telephone calls and emails for customers;
- Promoting a positive corporate image
Qualifications
- KCSE mean grade C- (Minus);
- Certificate in Reception /Front Office/Telephone Operations Course or equivalent qualification lasting not less than 3 months from a recognized institution;
- Fulfill the requirements of Chapter Six of the Constitution of Kenya; and
- Must be a citizen of Kenya
Key Competencies and Skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills;
- Good interpersonal and customer care skills;
- High level of integrity;
- Attention to detail; and
- Proficiency in computer applications skills
