Main Responsibilities

1. Telephony (Customer Communication)

2. Customer Order to Cash Process (Local & Exports)

3. Retail Order Pre-Planning (MPP/CSR)

4. Retail Automation & Consignment Stocking

5. Maintenance of Customer Sites (Retail, Commercial & Lubes)

6. Customer Master Data Management (MRD/MDG)

7. Customer Complaints & Feedback Management (CSI)

8. Card Centre & Customer Support

9. Helpdesk, Business Support & Records

10. Special Support to Key Customers

Qualifications

1. University Graduate

2. Previous experience in Customer Service (at least 3 years of experience and a maximum of 2 years’ experience in sales for the same role)

3. Fluency and Proficiency in English & Kiswahili

4. Multi-tasking

5. Problem solving

6. Team player
