Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage large amounts of incoming calls in a timely manner

  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.

  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution,

  • Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.

  • Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets

  • Take the extra mile to engage customers.

Job Requirements

  • B.Sc or Diploma in any relevant field.  A Diploma or B.Sc in Customer care/ marketing/administration/ Public Relations /Communication is an added advantage.

  • Strong listening skills are also required to perform this role.

  • Very articulate with fluent English and Swahili.

  • Must have good interpersonal skills to always enable an easy flow with customers.

  • Patient, attention to detail, fast learner, committed, able to follow instructions, can work quickly and accurately under pressure.

  • Should have Planning and organising skills.

  • Customer Focused, result-oriented, Zeal for Initiative with Speed, Leadership quality and team Handling capacity, Energetic and Assertive, Customer query resolving skills, Excel Knowledge is a MUST.

  • Students (in relevant field) due for attachment will also be considered.

  • A commitment to completing the 3 months internship program.

  • Should be based in Mombasa.

Critical Application Details:

  • The internship is for a fixed period of three months without extension.

  • For current students, A Letter from your institution is required indicating you are a student and/or require internship as part of requirement for course completion.
