Job Summary
We are looking for a knowledgeable, knowledgeable and energetic Cyber Attendant to carry out day-to-day operations in a busy Cyber cafe in Nairobi
- Minimum Qualification: Diploma
- Experience Level: Entry level
- Experience Length: 2 years
Job Description
Educational qualification: Diploma in IT or related field
Responsibilities
- Printing, scanning, copying, binding
- Sales of the products
- Manage Internet browsing and computer usage
- Transaction record keeping
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the Cyber cafe
Requirements
- Proficiency with printer operations such as print,scanning, copying, changing cartridges, loading papers and clearing paper jams.
- Comfortable with MS office
- Demonstrated proficiency in computer operations such as internet usage, basic networking, software installation
- Knowledge in working with the following service portals: TSC, HELB, AGPO, E-Citizen, iTax, TIMS
- Troubleshooting and level 1 and level 2 IT issue resolution
- Typeset in correct grammar
- Great customer service skills
- Can multitask and work well under pressure
- Solid negotiation and persuasion skills
- Should be available to begin immediately
- Diploma in IT with at least 2 years relevant experience or Certificate in IT with at least 3 years experience in Cyber operations.
- Graphics design skills will be an added advantage
- The ideal candidate should be able to start right away
