Position: Delivery Bike Rider
Location: Nairobi – Kenya

Our Client, a first theme and the finest modern Indian restaurant in Kenya is urgently looking to hire a talented and reliable Delivery Bike Rider with a real passion for delivering outstanding service.
He/she will be responsible for providing customers with fast and friendly service in food service to maintain the restaurant’s energy and help in our Client’s mission of providing each customer with excellent customer service and other matters by performing the following duties;
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Pack products and deliver to client’s premises as instructed
- Record and maintain records of information on pick-ups and deliveries
- Maintain the motorbike clean and in a good working order
- Collect orders from potential clients
- Set up and maintain a professional relationship with clients at all times
- Responsible for delivering orders in time
- Ensure items are in good conditions at all times
- Maintain the destination address
- Make sure all deliveries are done on time and feedback given in case of delays
- Assist in running minor errands as may be assigned by management when required
Key Competencies & Qualifications
- Must have at least 3 years’ of experience riding in Nairobi
- Good geographical knowledge of Nairobi and its environs
- Ability to discharge obligations in a professional manner
- Must have a valid Driving/Motorbike License
- Free of any criminal record
- Flexibility in terms of working hours
- Watchful and Safety conscious
