Summary of Position:


The position is responsible for concepting and building a number of varied digital programs, including PPC campaigns, SEO strategies, social program and email marketing/inbound programs, from client discovery through optimization and reporting. This includes overseeing existing campaigns and making recommendations on how to optimize them via trend analysis and data-driven decision making. The identified resource will also write and proofread engaging ad copy, make creative suggestions for ad templates, and prepare and present status reports to clients.
This is a strategic role that requires a proactive, digital-oriented marketer who is highly organized and articulate.


Duties and Responsibilities



  1. Content Creation and Publishing (blogging, webinars, paid advertising, social media updates etc).

  2. Manage the day-to-day execution of digital marketing programs, including SEO, PPC and social media campaignsDrive organic search strategy and execution aligned to clients’ paid search strategies.

  3. Blog audits and continuous analysis of digital development and insights of campaign activity

  4. End-to-end ownership of multichannel, paid media campaigns

  5. Act as the strategic and executional lead through implementation process

  6. Track and monitor communication programs and their effectiveness to identify latest trends

  7. Building advertising funnels and be able to direct our design/development team on building landing pages for your campaigns

  8. Evaluate remarketing strategies as well as all acquisition channels

  9. Supporting the BDM, by conducting research, analyzing data to generate insights, and staying plugged into the latest and greatest in digital trends and tech

  10. Generate leads to grow corporate business and penetrate new markets.

  11. Supporting account and partnership teams by arming them with regularly updated consumer insights and learnings

  12. Have basic to advanced UX/UI skills, and working with creative teams, UX/UI experts, producers, and technology team members to bring those strategies and concepts to life

  13. Overall responsibility for brand management and corporate identity

  14. Provide transparency of campaign effectiveness and marketing activities by monitoring and measuring Marketing ROI to the Business Development Manager.

  15. Analysing potential strategic partner relationships for company marketing.

  16. Maintain and update customer databases


Skills and Abilities



  1. Ideal candidate must have strong experience with web analytics: developing reports, sharing dashboards, and communicating the story around overall performance

  2. Strategic and creative thinking – always focusing on innovative, but measurable client solutions

  3. Adaptable team members who can manage multiple client accounts and internal teams

  4. Experience working with creative teams by participating in concepting/brainstorming sessions and translating ideas

  5. Strong work ethic defined by quality first client work and attitude

  6. Ability to work with both senior leadership and junior level staff on project work

  7. Entrepreneurial and problem-solving spirit

  8. Ability to and experience with, working across teams and departments within an agency setting.

  9. Manage relationships with clients by engaging on a regular basis by delivering great business outcomes.

  10. Ability to nurture and retain client relationships

  11. Strong problem-solving skills

  12. Experience working with financial data and budgets

  13. Ability to analyze complex issues and to develop relevant and realistic plans, programs, and recommendations to solve client challenges

  14. Ability to present information clearly and concisely and respond to questions from internal team and external client stakeholders, including senior executive team

  15. Must be organized and comfortable working on tight deadlines


Qualifications



  1. 2+ years’ experience in digital marketing, specifically with agency experience, but fresh graduates with keen interest in digital marketing and strong combination of other qualifications and skills will be considered

  2. Proven results with planning, execution and optimization of SEO, social and direct marketing programs and initiatives.

  3. Expert understanding of Google AdWords, Google Analytics and CMS toolsStrong level of SEO knowledge

  4. Experience working with UX/UI

  5. Experience in developing and managing social media programs, including developing ad copy and managing paid social programs
