Job Description/Requirements
Internship : Digital Marketing Specialist - Full Time
Reporting to: BD Team Lead
Location: Nairobi
We are looking for talented individuals to join our team.
Our long term vision is to restore trust in online shopping in Africa.
Key Responsibilities
• Learn and execute proven processes to recruit new vendors.
• Engage existing vendors.
• Perform basic web administration tasks.
• Be able to write content to our existing blog.
• Manage and maintain social media platforms.
• Help with formulation and execution of online marketing strategies.
• Assist in creating brand awareness.
Requirements
• Diploma/degree in Marketing or Information Technology.
• A strong desire to learn and succeed in digital marketing.
• Good oral and written communications skills.
• Great customer service skills.
• A self-starter who takes initiative.
• Must work well within a team.
• PHP programming experience
• Google analytic experience a plus
• Code Igniter knowledge a plus
• Knowledge of any of the following industry sectors a plus: multi-channel marketing, content marketing, e-commerce, SEO, digital and mobile marketing, branding
