Job Description
Location: Athi River
Pipe Masters & Plastics Limited is seeking a reliable and responsible individual to fill the role of Driver/Messenger. The ideal candidate must hold a BCE driving license and will be responsible for transportation duties, including but not limited to driving company vehicles and motorcycles, delivering packages, and performing various errands.
Responsibilities:
- Safely operate company vehicles and motorcycles to transport personnel and goods to specified locations.
- Serve as a messenger by delivering packages, documents, and other materials as required.
- Perform banking activities such as depositing and other banking tasks as instructed by the company.
- Manage and maintain vehicle cleanliness and report any issues promptly.
- Adhere strictly to traffic rules and regulations while ensuring timely deliveries.
- Assist with office-related tasks as needed thus demonstrating proficiency in reading and writing.
- Provide occasional personal driving services for company executives or designated individuals.
- Assist with other company-related activities upon request.
Requirements:
- Valid driver's license with clean driving records.
- Proven experience as a driver or messenger preferred.
- Ability to handle banking transactions with accuracy and responsibility.
- Strong integrity and trustworthiness in handling confidential information.
- Familiarity with local routes and destinations.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to handle banking transactions accurately.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
