Job Description
Sheer Logic Management Consultants is seeking to engage dynamic individuals for an Electronics Technician position for one of our clients.
Job Summary: Ensures repairs, maintenance and service of electrical equipment and installations. Ensures proper functioning of all electrically operated equipment, appliances and installations.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensuring repairs, maintenance and service of electronic equipment (including TV’s, DSTV, Soft boards, fire detection panels, controls for kitchen and other equipment, and projectors), and their proper functioning.
- Maintain and repair audio visual equipment in the Hospital.
- Install, modify, and maintain electronic equipment as required.
- Conduct safety and quality checks on electronic equipment.
- Carrying out preventive maintenance schedules.
- Maintaining job cards for each job assigned.
- Give input on improvements and specification for equipment required.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Diploma in electronics engineering from a recognized institution.
- At least 3 years’ experience in repair and maintenance of electronics equipment.
- Good organizational skills
- Good problem solving skills
- Computer literate.
