We are hiring for the Factory Manager position, for our client in the Construction & Steel Fabrication Sector.

Salary: 300K – 400K

Duties and Responsibilities

• Directs and coordinates, through subordinate supervisory personnel, activities concerned with production of company products, utilizing knowledge of product technology, production methods and procedures, and capabilities of machines equipment.


• Confers with management to establish production and quality control standards, develop budget cost controls and to obtain data regarding types, quantities, specifications and delivery dates of products ordered.


• Plans & directs production activities and establishes production priorities for products in keeping with effective operations cost factors.
  Coordinates production activities with procurement, maintenance, and quality control activities to obtain optimum production utilization of human resources, machines, and equipment.


• Reviews analyzes production, quality control, maintenance, and operational reports to define causes of nonconformity with product specifications, and operating or production problems.


• Develops and implements operating methods and procedures designed to eliminate operating problems improve product quality.


• Revises production schedules priorities as result of equipment failure or operating problems.


• Consults with other Engineers relative to modification of machines and equipment in order to improve production quality of products.

Qualifications and Experience

• Diploma/ Degree in Mechanical /Electrical Engineering


• 5-10 years extensive experience in fabrication unit or workshop


• Expert in fabrication of different steel structure


• Ability to conceptualize and interpret variable designs


• Excellent project management skills


• Strong and proven people management skills


• Excellent problem solving and decision making skills
