Founded in 2004, WYLDE has worked with over 7500 entrepreneurs in cohorts or directly and enabled many of them to grow their businesses. WYLDE Trust is the NGO arm of WYLDE.

We are looking for a Marketing Manager. The Marketing Manager will serve as the primary manager and coordinator of Marketing, Digital Marketing and Business Development functions within WYLDE.

Responsibilities

• Develop marketing strategies and plans


• Work with the management team, to set the marketing strategy for the business


• Manage and oversee performance of the business development and marketing team


• Manage, maintain relationships with and strengthen partnerships with existing clients and stakeholders


• Oversee and track the effectiveness of marketing campaigns


• Develop and monitor campaign budgets


• Prepare accurate reports on marketing campaigns and other projects


• Responsible for the marketing budget to ensure Return on Investment


• Design and oversee all aspects of digital marketing including marketing database and emails


• Plan digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media and display advertising


• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)


• Lead the marketing team

Qualifications

• Proven marketing experience and expertise


• Strong business development skills


• Excellent understanding of digital marketing


• Demonstrable successful digital marketing footprint


• A degree in Marketing or any other field with Marketing experience


• Strong problem-solving and communication skills


• Excellent digital literacy and experience in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace


• Willingness to work a flexible schedule


• At least 5 years’ experience in marketing


• Familiarity with Search Engine Advertising/Search Engine Marketing


• Ability to confidently administer and manage multiple projects with good prioritization skills


• Excellent, flexible design skills that reflect and support the existing brand look and feel


• Interest in developing technologies which can be utilized to positive effect


• An enthusiastic and positive team player


• Positive attitude and high energy with the ability to thrive in a fast paced, highly collaborative environment


• Excellent and effective communication skills


• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills


• Excellent interpersonal skills, and ability to maintain strong relationships
