Job Title: Corporate Sales Executive


Location: Nairobi

Our client is a leading Financial Management company providing innovative financial products & solutions.


They are seeking to fill the position of a Corporate Sales Executive who will be tasked with selling financial services to the clients.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Selling the company’s employee Financial Products to Corporates and SME clients.

  • Training users (Employees and Employers) on the features and usage of the products.

  • Supervise the on-boarding of users (Employees and Employers) on clients’ mobile platforms

  • Preparing regular and timely sales progress reports to Management.

  • Build and maintain relationships with current and potential clients by providing support, information, and guidance and recommending service improvements.

  • Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing market information.

  • Managing client inquiries.

  • Managing client relationships to ensure repeat business


Qualifications:



  • Degree in Marketing, Commerce or a Sales-related field.

  • At least Five (5) years’ experience in Corporate/SME Sales in a service industry (pre-requisite).

  • Must have professional Sales training skills. Experience in selling financial services will be an added advantage.

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills.

  • Demonstrate creativity & initiative and require minimal supervision.

  • Must be able to assess and prioritize workload in a strict deadline-driven environment.

  • Must have an existing, verifiable network and database/pipeline of potential Corporate/SME clients
