Qualifications/Requirements:
- Graduate or Diploma in Horticulture, Floriculture, Agriculture or Crop Protection.
- Project management skills.

- Good oral and written communication skills.
- The ability to work as part of a team.
- Excellent analytical skills.
- Sound business knowledge.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Organization skills.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Critical and analytical thinking.
Experience:
3-5 years' experience in a flower farm in the same capacity.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Farm manager will be incharge of all day to day management of the farm activities.
Other duties includes:-
- Ensure that department has up to date information on the growing process and aligns processes accordingly.
- Ensure that the mother stock is ready according to plan and in good quality and that it has the agreed factor to harvest.
- Effective and efficient labor management.
Managing departmental costs.
- Meet delivery performance such as:- adhere/improve crop factor, ensure correct customer specification is met,disease and pest management, timely application of PGR's and ensure good housekeeping standards (6s).
- Labor management which includes:- training and development, performance management, teamwork discipline and task allocation.
Budgeting which includes accountable for (cost) control on growing processes.
Salary: Kshs. 300,000 - 400,000 for local Kenyans and 500,000 and above for an expatriate. Other generous company benefits will be offered.
