Salary Scale: Ksh.39,000 – Ksh.51,750 p.m.         BAC ‘8’

Terms of Service:     Permanent & Pensionable

 Requirements for Appointment: –

For appointment to this grade, a candidate must have; –

• Certificate in Dairy Technology or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.


• Computer Literacy;


• Fulfil the requirements of Chapter 6 of the Constitution.

Duties and Responsibilities: –

• To operate and assist in the general maintenance of the equipment in the processing plant.


• To assist with the preparation, distribution and storage of resources and materials.


• To assist with the upkeep of both stock and equipment records within the processing plant.


• To inform the plant manager of any health and safety implications as and when they arise.


• To assist with the preparation of ingredients.


• To maintain a high standard of cleanliness within the processing plant.
