Job Description
Key Responsibilities and Duties:-
- Timely collection of company debt; Provision of supporting documents to facilitate the collection process (timely delivery of invoices, statements and demand notes); Maintain accurate and updated customers' statements; Work with the commercial team, legal office and external debt collectors to recover debts; Responding to client queries on time while ensuring customer satisfaction; Achievement of agreed targets; Strictly adhere to the company's credit control policy.
Qualifications, Experience, Skills & Attributes: -
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or its equivalent from a recognized institution; CPA (K) or ACCA Certification; Certificate in Credit Management(desirable);
- At least three (3) years'of debt collection experience with a proven track record; Strong networks across all business sectors;
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills;
- Excellent analytical skills; Ability to meet strict deadlines; Excellent IT skills;
- High degree of integrity and honesty;
- Result driven and a team player;
