Job Description
Job Opportunities in The Hospitality Sector
Our client, a Game Lodge in the Mount Kenya Tourism Circuit is seeking to recruit professionals to meet its staffing needs.
Cooks
2 Positions
The cooks will be responsible for preparing both Buffet and Ala Carte meals for residents and visitors to the lodge as required or as per the days menu.
Key Responsibilities
- Preparing menus for different meals;
- Preparing meals as per the days menu;
- Requesting for requirements to the kitchen;
- Ensuring the Kitchen is well stocked and serviced;
- Ensuring cleanliness hygiene of the kitchen area.
Qualifications and Experience
- Hold at least a Certificate in food and beverages or other relevant qualification;
- At least one year working experience in a busy kitchen;
- Creativity in meal preparation and presentation;
- A team player able to work well with other people.
- Mature and responsible person.
