Job Opportunities in The Hospitality Sector
Our client, a Game Lodge in the Mount Kenya Tourism Circuit is seeking to recruit professionals to meet its staffing needs.
Waiters / Waitress
3 Positions
They will be responsible for providing service for food and drinks to visitors and residents at the lodge.
Key Responsibilities
- Preparing and arranging the service area;
- Taking orders from customers for food and drinks;
- Serving customers with their orders for food and drinks;
- Ensuring customer comfort and happiness;
- Providing a friendly service that delights customers;
- Billing customers for food and drinks they take;
- Clearing the table after customers are done;
- Assisting in other duties in the service area.
Qualifications and Experience
- Hold at least a Certificate in Food and Beverages Service;
- At least one year working experience in a busy lodge/restaurant/hotel;
- A friendly and warm personality wit good interpersonal attributes;
- Professional in language, approach and dressing;
- Enthusiastic, approachable and easy going character;
- Neat and well presented with a natural smile;
- A team player able to work well with other people.
