Gap Marketing, a frontline marketing force in East Africa seeks to strengthen its operations by recruiting for Field Marketing Team Leaders in Nairobi, Coast, Nyanza, Western, and Rift Valley Regions.

Position: Field Marketing Team Leaders
Report to: Account Executive
Purpose for the job
- Managing Field Marketing teams and coordinating ground operations.
- Ensuring effective communication between field team.
- Manages team territory plans.
- Ensure effective time utilization as per schedule.
- Regular supervision.
- Planned and Ad hoc visit – As per territory plans agreed.
- To manage relationships with key trade partners.
- Document all issues & action areas agreed upon.
- Conducting team meetings.
- Consolidate minutes for weekly meetings (Upcountry) with specific action areas and circulate to the PM, Account Manager & Head of Operations
Education Qualifications & Prior Job Experience
- Diploma in Sales and Marketing or any related field, Degree in related field will be an added advantage and 1 year experience as a team leader.
