Job Summary
Our client is new mobile money lending company in Kenya. They are looking to employ more than 10 graduate trainees for different departments e.g. Customer Service, Credit Officers, Debt Collectors and Credit Analysts. The applicants must be fresh graduates and trainable.
Responsibilities
- Trainable to learn the working technical and soft skills very fast
- Following orders of the seniors and producing good work
- Learning on the job and accumulating as much experience and practical knowledge as possible
- Assist the managers and heads of the departments in various functions
- Keep up with the latest developments in the field of work
- Developing decision making, analysing and troubleshooting skills while on the job
- Make a record and document all that you have learnt for future reference
- Excellent ability to analyse and observe the functioning of various departments
- Be ready to deliver results in a short time
Required Knowledge and Skills
- Degree in any field
- Computer packages a MUST
- Excellent communication skills
- Self- discipline with good attitude and time management skills
- Ready to learn
- Team player and performance focused
- Committed and well organized
