Job Description
Job Title: Graphic Designer

Gross Salary: 45k – 60k
Our Client is an established sign company based in Nairobi and they seek to hire an experienced and outstanding Graphics Designer to create engaging and on-brand graphics.
The role holder needs to have a creative flair and a strong ability to translate requirements into designs.
Successful candidates must have a proven record in creative design with top-notch experience in all Adobe products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and design various materials for print and digital collateral
- Ensure projects are completed with high quality and on schedule
- Prioritize and manage multiple projects within design specifications and budget restrictions
- Perform retouching and manipulation of images
- Work with a wide range of media and use graphic design software
- Edit and package videos, animations, and infographics
- Testing graphics across various media
Qualifications
- Bachelors in Graphic Design, Visual Communication or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 – 3 years experience as a graphic designer or in a related field.
- Video editing skills are a must.
- Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio.
- Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, InDesign, and other graphic design software.
- Able to operate machines, (sublimation, screen printing, plotting, etc.)
- A keen eye for details and visual composition.
- Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Able to give and receive constructive criticism.
- A high degree of independent judgment.
- Understanding of marketing, production, corporate identity, product packaging, advertisements, and multimedia design.
