We want to hire a supervisor who is ready to manage 20-80 people. People management and supervising experience is a must.
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in call centre supervision and staff management
PC skills
Perfect and clear English language
Responsibilities:
Hiring and coaching of call centre operators (underwriters and debt collectors, 20 employees)
Reaching the KPIs
Conditions:
- Training + 2 months probation period
- Salary + % depends on KPIs
- Office located in Westlands
