Job Description/Requirements

He/she will be accountable for the performance of the Junior and Senior School, in charge of curriculum and counselling unit. He/she will provide leadership, manage the curriculum and diversification within the school in accordance with the vision, mission, values and strategic objectives as established and approved by the Board of Directors.

Key Responsibilities:
•    Supervise implementation of strategic plan, institutional policies, rules and procedures.
•    Establish effective internal monitoring and control systems in executing the strategy.
•    Attend and Chair Senior Leadership Team meetings and supervise/manage school units to ensure operation of an enabling culture and environment conducive to life-long learning.
•    Train and develop staff so as to ensure efficient and quality program(s) implementation curriculum delivery, and attainment of desired learning outcomes.
•    Ensure the prompt resolution, tracking and reporting of all queries, exits, complaints and incidents.
•    Be part of the developing and implementing of the school marketing strategies.
•    Ensure quality of service and customer satisfaction.
•    Ensure legal and regulatory compliance and provide exemplary leadership in matters of integrity and ethics.
•    Be the link between Junior and Senior School and ensure that the flow of curriculum is smooth.

Qualifications:
•    Must have a bachelor’s Degree in Education.
•    Master’s degree will be an added advantage.
•    Demonstrate knowledge in good administrative and leadership skills with at least 10 years’ experience in a leadership position in a reputable organization.
•    TSC registration.
•    Must have guide and counselling skills.
•    At least 5 years’ Experience working in Senior leadership position of dealing with a broad spectrum of students of diverse age range from Early Years to A levels.
•    Must be conversant with the Cambridge international curriculum.
•    Good leadership, coordination, planning and organizational skills.
•    An individual ready for new challenge.
•    Excellent analytical and structured problem-solving skills.

Monthly Gross Salary: Kshs. 200,000 (Approx. 2,000 USD).
Career Level: Upper Mid-Level.
Education: Bachelor’s.
Location: Mombasa, Kenya.
