Job Description
Help Desk / Customer Service Intern at NLS Tech Solutions
Job Summary
- Log help desk requests into a tracking system as reported by clients.
- Answer telephone & email requests for technical support.
support and facilitate resolution of reported issues in accordance with SLAs in place. - Collaborate with other departments within the company on a regular basis to resolve and manage customer concerns.
- Complete thorough documentation and reporting via internal ticketing process to ensure each issue has accurate tracking from problem reporting to problem resolution.
- Work with the technical team to improve on the helpdesk system
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in IT, BBIT, Computer science or related field
- Self-motivated and proactive
- Committed, organized, detail oriented
- Excellence in communicating and problem-solving
- Flexible, fast learner (you should get easily familiar with software systems)
- Excellent teamwork skills and passion for Customer Satisfaction
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- ITIL Certification preferable
