What you’ll make happen:
As part of a fast-paced and results-oriented team, you will be responsible for prospecting forleads in a region, and actively driving these leads to closure, to meet a predefined monthlyobjective for new revenue generated. Your creativity, passion, and drive will be given the room and support to flourish as we aim to connect all rural Kenya.
Theroleinbrief:
Under the direction of the Sales Manager,you will beresponsible for:
1. InvestinginafullunderstandingofMawingu’sproductlines
2. Findingpotential MawinguHomeandBusinesscustomers
3. Generating an interest in the product by engaging these potential customers to discover their needs
4. AdheringtoanagreeduponprocedureforgeneratingandtrackingleadswithinMawingu’ssalessystemsandprocesses
5. ActivelyfollowingupwiththepotentialcustomerandtherelevantMawinguteamstoensureclosureofthesaleandtimelyinstallationofthenecessaryequipmentatthecustomersite
6. Followingupwiththenewcustomer,particularlyinthefirstthreemonths,toensurethattheservicereceivedexceedstheirexpectation
Qualifications
1. Preferablyadiplomaorcertificateholderinbusinessstudies
2. 1-2yearsofsalesexperience
3. Provenabilitytomeetandexceedsalesquotas
4. Proventrack recordofsuccessfullymanagingcustomerrelationships
5. Excellentinterpersonalskills
6. Highlyself-motivated
7. Strongverbalandwrittencommunicationskills
8. Entrepreneurialdrivetosucceed
9. Demonstrableprevioussuccesswithsalesoftechnologyproductstosmalland/ormediumsizedenterprises
Careergrowthandcompensation:
Weaimtoinvestinbuildingthecapacityandskillswithinourteam.Yourmanagerwillinvestsignificanttimeinyourcareerdevelopment.Thecompanywillprovidemonthly121sessions,constant and actionable feedback, and quarterly performance reviews to aid you in yourcareergrowth.
Therolewillpayyouamonthlygrossbasesalary+commissionsbasedonyoursalestargets.
