Job Vacancy: Human Resource Business Partner
Salary: Confidential
Location: Nairobi
We are an international company leading in loan provision services and we are seeking to recruit a HR Business Partner.
Responsibilities
- Deeply understand the business and personnel development status in the field in charge, and timely feedback and solve the team development needs.
- Responsible for the recruitment and talent allocation optimization of the business department, and ensure the stability of key employees.
- Provide HR solutions according to business needs and integrate internal resources to promote implementation.
- Assist the responsible person in team building planning and cultural construction, create good employee relations, and prevent and deal with labor risks.
- Responsible for the landing and promotion of departmental HR policies, systems, systems and key projects within their business areas.
- Other related work arranged by the person in charge of the business department and the human resources department of the company.
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree or above.
- Over 5 years working experience in a Human Resource related work
- Strong communication skills and negotiation skills.
