Job Description
The Board of Governors, Mathenge Technical Training Institute, a public Institution, intends to recruit qualified, self-motivated and experienced professionals for the following vacant positions.

Key Responsibilities
- Ensure Implementation of the Institute Human Resource Management Policy
- Ensure Institute’s compliance with relevant statutory obligations
- Advise the Board on Human Resource Management issues
- Management of employees records and payroll
- Advise on issues of employee’s welfare
Person specification
- Holder of a Diploma in Human Resource Management
- Registered with the Institute of Human Resource Management (IHRM)
- A Degree in Human Resource Management will be an added advantage
- Proficiency in Computer applications
- Strong human relations and interpersonal skills
- Ability to communicate effectively, prepare and present reports
