Job Description
Job Vacancy: Human Resource Officer
Our client is a well known company in Courier and Transport business serving high-end clients though its well established branch networks countrywide.
The holder must demonstrate adequate work experience and deep knowledge in managing the Human Resource function in: talent management full cycle, employee relations , payroll processing , key stakeholders management.
Additionally, the holder must have the ability to lead teams in performance management, design and implement HR policies and procedures, reporting and HR process innovation.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree in HR or related business field from a recognized learning institution, must be a member of
- IHRM with a valid practicing certificate and at least 3 years experience and proven performance record in
- Human Resource Management. Relevant industry experience will be added advantage.
