Job Description

FEP Holdings Ltd is looking to fill the position of an ICT Assistant

Main Responsibilities

1. Configure hardware and software, set up peripherals such as printers or routers, repair equipment, and provide daily support for computer users.


2. Respond to calls and e-mails regarding computer networks or systems.


3. Assist in preparing, maintaining, and upholding procedures for logging, reporting, and statistically monitoring PC performance.


4. Accurately document instances of hardware failure, repair, installation, and removal.


5. Support development and implementation of new computer projects and new hardware installations.


6. Assist in equipment set-up and software installation and updates.


7. Assist in implementing firewalls and security devices to ensure network security


8. Contributing to IT team initiatives


9. Occasional management of tasks performed by third parties


10. Developing front end website architecture.


11. Designing user interactions on web pages.


12. Developing back end website applications.


13. Creating servers and databases for functionality.

Academic & Professional Qualifications

• A degree or an Advanced Diploma in Information Technology/ Systems or any other related field.


• Proficiency with fundamental front end languages such as HTML, CSS and JavaScript.


• Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks such as Angular JS, 


• Proficiency with server side languages such as Python, PHP and .Net


• CCNA Certification is a must.


• Any Certification in Networking, User Support or Hardware is desired


• ITIL Desired
