Our client is in urgent need of a qualified individual to work as an import document specialist in their company
- Minimum Qualification: Bachelor
- Experience Level: Entry level
- Experience Length: 2 years
Job Description
Qualifications
- A degree analytic chemistry can be of add advantage
- In charge of data entry on kra -kentrade system to process idf /process poison pharmacy board permit/sgs kebs pvoc application all other import & export documents to be applied & follow-up
- Knowledge on msword -excel operating computer knowledge
- Must be team player – she has to work & help other colleges who are serving sales team – accounts team
- Age 25 -30 year
- Must be able to multitask when instructed to take up other deputy
- Should be willing to working after 5pm on weekdays & 1pm on Saturday
Responsibilities
- Preparing shipping quotes, cargo receipts, customs clearance and other documents
- Ensuring shipping invoices are accurate
- Tracking shipments and updating clients on progress
- Coordinating with overseas customs agents for international deliveries
- Communicating with suppliers
- Taking and comparing price quotes from shipping companies
- Organizing carriers and route assignments
- Calculating the quantity of goods that can fit into shipping containers
- Calculating tariffs and duties on transported goods
Salary package 30,000 KSH Depending on capability
