Job Description
What you can expect to be doing:
- To oversee the conceptualization and operational set-up the new projects/ products in Kenya e.g LPG
- To supervise and assist in the training (that will be led overall by the training team) the operational staff (retail, sales, technical) required for the upkeep of the new projects/ products offered in Kenya
- To manage external supplier relationships required of the new products (e.g LPG suppliers, hardware suppliers and any others that might be relevant)
- To draw on experience from previous successful projects in other Bboxx NGUs to ensure smooth implementation of Kenyan projects
- To manage any new grant project implementation requirements and stakeholder management (where appropriate) - with input from the remainder of the management team where needed
- To take lead on pilots of additional value-added services, products and projects, and any associated tasks and deliverables
- To develop and propose new value-added products and services that could leverage BBOXX Kenya's existing infrastructure to bring additional portfolio support
- To take responsibility for scaling up pilot projects and products and ensure proper handover to operational teams when necessary
- To be the main point of contact for updates and development on value-added services
What we are looking for:
- University degree in Project Management or related field.
- At least 5 years in a Projects Management Position or a related field.
- Experience in business analysis or a related role.
- Skills and Competencies
- Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
- Excellent external and internal communication skills.
- Aptitude for fostering positive relationships
- Teamwork and leadership skills
- Strong working knowledge of relevant Microsoft applications, including Vision
- Proven capabilities in project and user-testing management
